• Quantum Defense and Post-Quantum Cryptography
• Incident Response and Forensics
• Data Protection and Security Solutions
• Privileged and Identity Access Management (PAM/IAM)

Specific terms, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual engagement agreements.

3. Website Use

Permitted Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any manner that could damage or impair its operation

4. Service Engagements

All professional services are governed by a separate written agreement (proposal, contract, or statement of work). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific engagement agreement, the engagement agreement shall take precedence.

Client Obligations

• Provide timely access to systems, personnel, and documentation
• Ensure all necessary legal authorizations are in place before testing commences
• Review and respond to deliverables within agreed timelines
• Make payments as per the agreed milestone schedule

5. Payment Terms

• All fees are as specified in the applicable commercial proposal or contract
• Late payments may attract a surcharge of 2% per month on outstanding amounts
• All prices are exclusive of UAE VAT at 5%, applied where applicable
• Thexaus reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment after 15 days' written notice

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information exchanged during an engagement. Thexaus will not disclose client data or assessment findings to any third party without the client's written consent, except as required by law.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

No Guarantee of Complete Security

While Thexaus applies industry best practices and expert methodologies, no cybersecurity assessment or solution can guarantee complete protection against all threats. The cybersecurity landscape evolves continuously and new vulnerabilities may emerge after an engagement is completed.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Thexaus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that specific engagement.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thexaus, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of our services, or violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

9. Termination

Thexaus reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our website or services at our discretion for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests. Provisions relating to confidentiality, intellectual property, and limitation of liability shall survive termination.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in Dubai under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).

11. Changes to Terms

Thexaus reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
